Vapes hit North County market

Posted: Friday, Apr 18th, 2014

Paula McCambridge/Paso Robles Press Vapes are battery-operated devices that sometimes look similar to tobacco cigarettes. It’s up to the user as to whether or not they contain nicotine. Stellar Vapes of Atascadero and Persecuted Smoker’s Club of Paso Robles sell the devices.

Vapes is the preferred term since e-cigarette is based on the word, cigarette, that comes with a negative connotation.
