ATASCADERO — Low rainfall in the area has left the Atascadero Lake looking a little depleted.
“I would probably characterize it at around half-full,” Public Works Director Russ Thompson said. “Right now, it is dropping about three inches a week.”
The lake levels are always of concern to the city and Thompson said the levels are something they monitor on a weekly basis.
