Atascadero receives ‘Finding of Completion’

ATASCADERO — The city of Atascadero received a “Finding of Completion” from the State Department of Finance on Friday, March 8. The FOC was awarded after the Department of Finance confirmed that the city, on behalf of the former redevelopment agency, had fulfilled requirements of redevelopment dissolution legislation.
