Eagle Ranch project moves forward

ATASCADERO — The Eagle Ranch project, which will include 494 single-family residences and 93 multi-family units, a commercial center, resort and village center, got approval to begin the environmental impact report at the joint Atascadero City Council and planning commission meeting on Tuesday.
