City honors Joe Schwartz

ATASCADERO — To commemorate Joe Schwartz’s 100th birthday, which occurs the same year that Atascadero celebrates its centennial, the city held a reception on Wednesday at city hall. The reception included approximately 80 of Schwartz’s photographs, as well as music, appetizers and wine.
