ATASCADERO — Linda Jane (Duty) McCutcheon, 58, of Atascadero died peacefully on Jan. 16, 2013, with her family at her bedside. She died as a result of cancer complications. She has gone to meet Jesus and is free from pain.

She is survived by her husband, Douglas McCutcheon; step-son, Jared (wife, Mandy); grandchildren, Lauren, Megan and Blake; mother, Zoe J. Duty; brother, Harold Duty (wife, Pam); sister, Irene Uribe (husband, Mike); brother, James Duty (wife, Ember); five nieces, Patricia Griffin (husband, Kyle), Janine Wilkinson (husband, Jim), Mary Duty, Alicia Uribe and Jessica Beatty (husband, Josh); four nephews, Lindsey Duty (wife, Kendra), James Duty, Jacob Duty, and Daniel Duty (wife, Misty); two grandnieces; and five grandnephews.
