Elwood Garlick obituary

ATASCADERO — Elwood Francis Garlick, 95, of Atascadero died on Oct. 8, 2012

He was born in 1917. He married Irene. He was a mechanic in the auto industry for more than 45 years. He retired in 1985.

He moved to the community 27 years ago from Arroyo Grande.

He was a World War II veteran.

He was preceded in death by his wife in 1998.

He is survived by his children, Karen Granado of Los Angeles and Jody Kirkpatrick of Atascadero; grandchildren, Jesse Blakeney, Aaron Blakeney, Ryan Kirkpatrick and David Kirkpatrick; and seven great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at the home of Karen Granado in November.
