Wayne Cooper is Citizen of the Year

ATASCADERO — The Atascadero Chamber of Commerce chose long time area resident Wayne Cooper as its Citizen of the Year for 2012. Chamber CEO Linda Hendy said that Cooper was chosen because “he has given many years to the youth of Atascadero and continues to support new programs such as Lighthouse.”
