A-Town Diner gets a major upgrade

ATASCADERO — There aren’t a whole lot of sure things in the world, but A-Town Diner’s move from its location in the shopping center it shares with Perry’s Parcel and Central Coast Trains to the old Carl’s Jr. building in Adobe Plaza seems to be about as sure a bet as one can make.
