Prop. 30’s passing staves off immediate threat

ATASCADERO — The good news for Atascadero Unified School District is that Proposition 30 passed. Proposition 30 passing means that California schools will not see more budget cuts this school year. The bad news, however, is that Proposition 30 did not — and was never designed to — add even a single cent to AUDS’s coffers.
