ASH fined $27,675 by Cal/OSHA

ATASCADERO — The Atascadero State Hospital was fined $27,675 in two citation for three violations Thursday. The citations were for regulatory, general and serious violations. The first was a regulatory violation for not providing Cal/OSHA with complete Cal/OSHA Log 300’s for the calendar year of 2012. According to the citation, the “employer erased the names of the injured employees. The fine for that violation is $450 and must be abated by Dec. 29.
