Jim Lewis to be Pismo Beach city manager

ATASCADERO — Atascadero Assistant City Manager Jim Lewis has been hired as Pismo Beach’s newest city manager. Lewis will start his new position on Feb. 20, 2013. Lewis has known he wanted to be a city manager since he was 18 years old. He said it began when he attended Youth in Government Day in Torrance. The city of Torrance held the day for student leaders from the four high schools in the city. He attended North Torrance High School.
