LOS ANGELES — James Hurst Miller, who pleaded guilty to charges of mail fraud, wire fraud, money laundering and making a false statement to a bank, has yet to sentenced, as his sentencing hearing set for Oct. 29 was continued to May 6, 2013.
After pleading guilty, the former head of Hurst Financial was scheduled to be sentenced on March 26. That hearing was continued to October.
