Attorney Chris Casciola entered a not-guilty plea July 21 for his client, San Luis Obispo County Undersheriff Steven Bolts, who was arrested in Atascadero in June and charged with DUI.

Bolt’s attorney is requesting to retest the blood sample collected after the DUI stop and is requesting all video and audio evidence from the Atascadero Police Department.
