Phyllis Jean (Lozon) Manier, 89, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2016 in Atascadero. Phyllis was born at home in September of 1926 near Frederic, Mich., the youngest of seven children of Archie and Alice Lozon. She was thoroughly "spoiled" by her five older brothers and one sister, who all preceded her in death.

He was born in January of 1931 to parents Roy Buchanan and Themla "Evalyn" Hollenbeck.
