Colony Square plans could change

ATASCADERO — The Atascadero Planning commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 2 at 7 p.m. in the City Hall council chambers, 6907 El Camino Real.

On the agenda for that day is a proposal by Colony Square, LLC for a conditional use permit. According to the agenda, the proposal includes removing the second and third floors of five of the proposed buildings at Colony Square, removing residential spaces; making changes to the elevations and square footages of the building and modifying the site plan.

The agenda says the proposed changes are intended to create a project which Colony Square, LLC feels can be constructed and then leased in the current market.

The meeting is open to the public and there will be time for public comment.
