The Atascadero Fire Department had a busy weekend, fighting two North County structure fires Saturday and assisting at a massive wildfire that broke out east of Santa Margarita until Monday afternoon. ATASCADERO -- The Atascadero City Council voted 4-1 Tuesday to increase the fees charged for most city services, with council member Bob Kelley dissenting.
