The venue has changed for an upcoming town hall meeting being hosted by Congressman Kevin McCarthy focusing on the national health care debate.
McCarthy’s town hall meeting set for tonight will be held at the Paso Robles Event Center, Commercial Building No. 2, 2198 Riverside Ave., from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
The forum was originally planned for the Atascadero Lake Pavilion but was changed to accommodate more residents.
“As Congress deliberates the future of America’s health care, I want to listen to our local residents concerns and answer their questions,” McCarthy, R-Bakersfield, said in a statement. “I am fighting to keep families in control of decisions, not bureaucrats.”
